I first started taking to Mandy Sanderson in 2016 when I immediately fell in love with her late stallion Samara Fly! Having a passion for coloured well bred horses and followed Mandy from then on. Mandy is a fantastic lady with a big character and a huge amount of love for what she does, she is always at the end of the phone when I need advise or direction. The care for the animals at Longacres stud is second to none, Mandy’s stallions, broodmares and foals are a credit to her care, management and devotion. In the summer of 2021 I purchased two foals from Mandy sired from both Finley and Standing Ovation. The foals arrived in amazing condition with fantastic temperaments and unbelievable confirmation. They are full of character, cheeky, kind and willing animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to send my mare to Mandy and genuinely can’t recommend her and Longacres stud enough! I’m already considering a 2022 filly foal!
